How to file a ticket

To file a ticket please e-mail our support address support@fluxiom.com or create a new ticket directly from this website. English is our recommended support language, as it is spoken by the largest number of agents on duty, which will allow us to get back to you promptly. However, please also feel free to contact us in French, German and Italian.

Provide us with the following information

  • Tell us which operating system and browser you are using to access Fluxiom
  • Be detailed and thorough when describing the steps that lead to the error or problem you are experiencing
  • Do let us know what you were expecting when performing these steps
  • Do write from the email address associated with your account
  • Do quote your user name and account URL

Response time

All requests for support are answered in-house, to guarantee the highest level of privacy and accuracy. We strive to answer all inquiries within eight hours during normal business hours (CET). Please note that we do not offer telephone or chat support at this time.

Security note

Fluxiom support agents will never ask you for your password or billing information via e-mail. For safety, never reveal them in a support ticket: not only will they not be of assistance, doing so may put your confidential data at risk.
